Process: Collaborated with client stakeholders to evaluate practices and delivered a roadmap to implement that was compliant, effective, and scalable.

BUILDING A ROADMAP TO A HEALTHY EXIT

Challenge: a successful business owner wanted to operationally exit the firm he built and loved without having it crumble behind him.

Process: Partnered with the owner as a fraction COO to establish hiring and onboarding practices, operational KPIs and reporting, land new clients and establish the structure necessary for the business to run well in his absence.
