Quick Reminder

Quick reminder:

  • Connection over Contracts. You get further faster with trust, alignment, and relationship than legally binding language. Lock up what you can't afford to lose, but don't lose sight of moving at the speed of trust.

  • Humility over Assumptions. You have something to learn from anyone if you're able to ask a few insightful questions and genuinely listen for the response. Assuming you already understand the other person's POV means you'll stay stuck in a box. Stay humble and seek to learn something new daily.

  • Professionalism over Personalization. Very little should be taken personally. Don't grant to others the power to dislodge your equanimity. Be unoffendable. Stay professional, stay courteous, stay above the fray.
