If you're struggling, take heart:

• The reason you got into this was to make a positive difference. As long as you've got breath in your lungs, you've got a chance to make that happen. Don't give up.

• What you have to gain by faithfully persisting in the pursuit of your goals is great. Survival = success because survival means you live to fight another day. Don't give up.

• The world needs your unique contribution. What you do, and the way you do it is utterly unique. Keep pushing towards being the best possible version of yourself in this moment. Don't give up.
